"This is the worst insurance agency I've ever dealt with in my life. Customer for over 15 years. I was rear ended and my vehicle totaled at the end of October. It was not my fault. I call State Farm after the wreck and asked for help. The .agent told me,,"Not your fault you have to take care of contacting their insurance." Liberty Mutual bent over backwards to help. Six months later this agency said,"We can help." Liberty Mutual did that and went above and beyond. My daughter was injured, and the frame was bent so the truck was totaled. State Farm didn't care. Please look elsewhere for insurance."

"Drew, I'm very sorry...not just what happened but how we made you feel. You are 100% correct - that day we failed to provide you with empathy & options to file your claim. We missed our mark. Unfortunately that day I was short-staffed & a new employee took your call (an employee who was not yet trained on customer claims assistance). That's mistake - 100% my fault. I'm sorry you did not experience the customer hospitality you've come to expect from us the last 21 years. As a small business owner, this is an opportunity for me to learn & get better (and faster) at on-boarding new employees. I do appreciate our conversations since your post & appreciate this email your wrote regarding Bonnie (our office manager), "Bonnie always treated me and my wife exceptionally well. She returns emails and has calls within a half of an hour whenever we needed anything related to insurance. I know if she has answered the phone when I called she would of gone out of her way to help me and my family out. Thanks for all that you do." Drew - thank you for recognizing the great customer service you've received over the last 21 years. Like your post implied - there is more work to be done. I agree. "Brian Stevens State Farm Insurance Agency has covered my car and home since 2023, however recently they sent me a notice that they will no longer provide insurance for my home and cancelled my coverage. I always thought that purchasing home insurance was to cover any unanticipated costly events we may encounter as a homeowner, but paying hundreds or thousands of dollars a year for such coverage is little more than a scam. Yesterday, an agent casually told me that because I was paid for a costly electric Sundowner Awning that was completely destroyed in a storm of high winds and rain that my coverage wouldn't be renewed. It was that easy and dismissive! The agent even went so far as informing me that my prior insurance company USAA paid me a small claim in 2018 when our refrigerator broke down and incredibly that also played a role in their decision not to renew...what the hell does another company have to do with anything? Isn't it for these unfortunate events that we pay an insurance company to cover us in the first place? Unfortunately, as fate would have it, I am also in the process of selling my home and now I have to explain to my realtor and mortgage company that my homeowner's insurance is no longer valid, and I have to pause the sale of my home until I can find another carrier to cover me. Homeowners beware! Like a good neighbor State Farm is NOT always there!"

Per our conversation with Jill, she agreed that State Farm covered your prior loss, and understood how claim frequency affects future insurance. She even appreciated that we offered other insurance options to secure new insurance. I'm sorry that State Farm was unwilling to continue the insurance risk moving forward. We take our clients concerns seriously & empathize with each situation. Our goal is to always provide insurance options for our clients & keep them in a position of strength. -Brian"
